Now while our home was up for sale, a strange thing was happening. We weren't getting many people to preview our house, or so we thought. But on average, over 100 flyers were disappearing from the box every week.

In short, our agent attributed selling at least three other homes to prospective buyers contacting her online or by phone due to the marketing flyers. She also acquired at least one other listing. And we were able to sell our house faster than others in our neighborhood.
Together, we learned that sometimes when combining old marketing with new methods, you get a better result than either by itself.
